Mr. Hoyle serves as counsel to clients throughout the remodeling industry. He maintains an exemplary record for providing top tier legal representation to contractors and financial organizations of all sizes with an excellent knowledge of consumer and lending regulations.

While his practice focuses on all aspects of law impacting the home improvement and remodeling industry, he has represented local, regional and national clients in  complex state and federal regulatory matters, litigation management, consumer finance, class-action defense, commercial lending, lease and real estate transactions, employment matters, risk and compliance consulting, mergers and acquisitions, banking, data security and privacy concerns, employee contractual relations, builder workouts, product development, consumer quality control procedures and business planning for contractor owners.

Before joining BLLP, Mr. Hoyle served as Vice President of Construction Lending and Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Compliance at Citizens Bank and Chief Counsel at the Capital Center. He received his B.A. in Political Science and Economics in 1997 from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia and his law degree from The T.C. Williams School of Law (University of Richmond) in 2000.
