Heather brings over 17 years of experience in various areas of law such as personal injury, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, family law, commercial insurance and first party property damage.

Heather’s primary focus is pre-litigation and litigation matters.  Her skills include management of case deadlines, communication among parties, document preparation and filings in state and federal courts, trial preparation, and assisting with legal research utilizing Westlaw and other tools as needed.

Heather graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology.  She received her Certificate in Paralegal Studies in 2005, also from Florida Atlantic University and became a Florida Registered Paralegal in 2012.

When Heather isn’t working to move cases forward, she enjoys spending time with her son and their cats, volunteering as a Board member for her Homeowner’s Association and traveling.
