Mr. Couch counsels and litigates on behalf of home improvement contractors and manufacturers in courts around the United States.  His particular areas of interest include employment disputes, telemarketing, customer quality control analysis and resolution, insurance coverage, marketing and advertising concerns, class actions, liability defense, appellate advocacy and fraud investigations.

Mr. Couch received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Michigan in 2002.  He then obtained his law degree from Boston University School of Law in 2005. While at Boston University, Mr. Couch was a member of the team representing the school at the 2005 National First Amendment Moot Court Competition.  He is admitted to practice before all courts in Massachusetts and Michigan, as well as the federal courts in the District of Massachusetts, the Eastern District of Michigan, and the Western District of Michigan.
